About Lilly
Larina Tiffen-Fuller aka Lilly is a Visionary, Priestess, Activator, Author, Medium, La Dame Blanche and a woman that gets shit done. She is the Founder and Owner of Priestess Lilly.
Through her work as a Priestess, she holds space for clients and activates them to start the journey to truly embrace their pathway home to self. She hosts a podcast at called Out of the Noise, where her intention is to hold space for thought activating conservations with heart centred leaders, wisdom keepers and divine humans. Her hope for her podcast is to help her listeners to expand into their authenticity, soul purpose, with the overall goal to help activate humanity's consciousness to rise.
In 2016, Larina stepped forward and was guided by her spiritual council to lead her community to come together helping the neighbouring region after the 7.8 magnitude Earthquake that rocked the South Island. Through this action it resulted in helicopters, planes, resources, people and 2.2 tonnes of food on the New Zealand HMNZ Canterbury frigate. But it didn't end there, she was awarded the Local Kiwi bank community hero award, and wrote a book called Come Together.
Larina has many more crystals in her crown. She is a trained counsellor, Beautiful you life coach, spellcaster, manifesting queen, channeller of other divine frequencies and seeker of the unknown. She lives with her husband Kristian aka Nugget, and their son Thomas in Aotearoa - New Zealand, in a countryside town called Picton. This is where she feels deeply grounded.
She believes in Angels, Goddesses, Light beings, Comics energy, and magic. She knew at a very young age she could see, and sense the world differently to other people, and it is from there she will share her story about acceptance of her true self and her gift. She feels now is the time that she can honour her true authentic self and show up in the world as we are being called to co-create a new World.

Devotion to Sacred Service
I hold a Diploma in Counselling and have worked with organisations such as Victim Support, Women’s Refuge, and Odyssey House, supporting individuals through crisis, trauma, addiction, and recovery.
As a Beautiful You Certified Life Coach, I specialise in guiding women to rise into purpose, sovereignty, and deep soul alignment. I am also a trained Death Doula, offering support and sacred presence through life’s most profound transitions.
Over the past seven years, I’ve worked internationally as a Medium and channel, offering clear, heart-led communication from spirit and the collective.
In my sacred practice, I facilitate Goddess circles, seasonal lunar gatherings, and activation ceremonies infused with light language, vibrational sound bowls, and ancient remembrance. These gatherings invite women into deeper connection with themselves, their ancestors, and their intuitive gifts.
Through my Sacred Heart Healing sessions and mediumship, I create a space for clients to connect with loved ones who have passed on — opening a portal for grief healing, soul reconnection, and emotional release.
I am also the founder of Awakening SHE, a private Facebook community dedicated to awakening the feminine voice, and the host of the podcast Out of the Noise, which was honoured as a Beautiful You Coaching Podcast Finalist (2021–2022).
Most recently, I was a finalist in the 2024–2025 Spiritual Awards in the People’s Choice category, and recognised for my work as a Sound Bowl Healer.
My Journey
Ever since I was a little girl I have always had a strong connection to spirit and the Divine.
My journey hasn't been easy to witness, I made mistakes, some big and some small, but deep within those lessons have led me to a higher conversation and commitment to learn an unspoken language of myself. And the more that I have sat with the deep knowing of who I am and what I am here to do, the stronger my own connection with the divine and my spiritual counsel has strengthened.
As a 5 year old little girl growing up in St Andrews, New Zealand, I always thought that in this earth plane, not all is as it seems. I still had many painful years, fighting with myself and hiding who I really was, to make those around me comfortable with who they were.
Now I feel we are being called to co-create a new world. We are being asked to show up and be authentic within ourselves. I have for many years co-created a life with the Divine, and it's now that I feel called to honour the Divine Feminine and our sacredness as women through working with others.
